All my products are made to order.

I try to post out scrunchies the next business day if not the same day as purchase as I usually have some already pre-made.

All other items please allow 7 days for your order to be made and then posted. Please contact me if you need your order express posted.

I currently ship with Australia post to anywhere in Australia, to the United Stand and Canada.

I offer untracked postage for smaller orders (scrunchies, key rings etc). Tracked parcel post for larger orders (handbags, bulk scrunchies etc). All international postage includes standard tracking.

*Domestic orders*

Standard postage postage within Australia usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.

*International orders*

Shipping outside of Australia usually takes approximately 2 weeks but can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to arrive.
